Vendor registration opens Monday, March 10th at 12pm and will close Monday, May 26th at 12pm.

2025 Vendor Guidelines

All vendors must agree to the following guidelines in order to become a Century Farm Market vendor:

 
  • The Century Farm Maker’s Market is primarily a producer-only market, but we will allow a few vendors to not sell products and instead promote their local business.

  • If a vendor is promoting their local business, they are required to offer something that will add to the market experience for market goers (Bonus, it’ll leave a better first impression). Host an exercise class on the lawn if you’re a gym or instructor, handout concessions in a container with your businesses name on it, put together a helpful booklet/brochure that benefits your customer (Example: 5 steps to buying a home in 2025), a coupon for 1 free “service/experience,” or instead sponsor a fun activity that everyone can enjoy for your business name to be promoted on. Instead of handing out swag, we want to help you leave an impression.

  • A small NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is required:

    • $15 for youth vendors

    • $30 for adult vendors (ages 19+)

  • Vendors must commit to being at the market on Saturday, May 31, 2025 for the entire time of the event.

  • The market will continue rain or shine. (Times may change based on severe weather (Rain/thunder/extreme heat) at discretion of those managing the market).

  • Vendors must supply their own table(s) and canopy (if applicable). If canopy is used, vendors must supply weights to hold the canopy down if it’s a windy day.

  • Vendors will be allotted a 12 foot by 12 foot space at Hillsdale Park and cannot exceed that space.

  • Vendors must apply using the Vendor Registration Form above.

  • We will determine booth space locations and number based on availability. We do not guarantee product/item exclusivity to any vendor. But consideration is given to keep similar vendors spaced away from each other.

  • Vendors must have their booth set up by 8:30 AM Saturday morning, and taken down by 3 PM Saturday afternoon.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth spaces clean and attractive during Market hours.

  • On the day of the market, all vendors must check in at the “Vendor Check-In” table before they begin set-up.

  • Vendors must occupy assigned location, changing locations the day of without permission is prohibited.

  • Vendors will be fully registered when they receive a confirmation e-mail after payment has been received.

  • Vendors will have access to a password protected page on the website that will include important information about the market. It is required for vendors to regularly check it for updates and information regarding the market.

  • No smoking is allowed within the Market area.

  • No amplified music or other sound is allowed within the Market area other than what is provided by the Market during Market hours.
